After a decade practicing interior design for hospitality and commercial projects, Tracey transitioned to focus solely on Business Development. Working with Architects, Interior Designers, and Engineers to grow their businesses, she developed proven sales processes and built a strong national network of hospitality and multifamily contacts. Her network includes owners, developers, property managers, hotel brand representatives, design and procurement professionals, general contractors, vendors and more.
Through first-hand design experience and two decades in business development, Tracey mastered the art of discerning what matters most. Now, she works with teams to showcase their relevant strengths and set them apart from the competition.
Tracey has a passion for developing others. She believes that teamwork and collaboration are critical to her client’s ongoing success. Working closely with leadership, seller/doers, and sales staff to understand and articulate their goals and current processes, she develops an action plan tailored to the team’s specific needs. Services include developing the overarching sales strategy and value proposition; developing capture planning and win strategy processes; conference strategies; pursuit coaching; interview prep; and team training. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients gain skills and adopt processes to be successful on their own.
